The Fab 40! Committee is proud to have been directly responsible for the scheduling of the opening of the Smithsonian's exhibition. The Committee's advice was sought - and it counseled that the exhibition should be launched on January 16th 2004 - to commemorate the 40th anniversary of "I Want To Hold Your Hand" first being certified # 1 in the US. The Committee is very proud of the media coverage that has resulted from this advice.
