(when George Harrison had to miss a full day of camera rehearsals because he had strep throat - Ed Sullivan drafted his production assistant - 29-year-old Vince Calandra to stand-in for George - making him a Beatle-For-A-Day! Sullivan also put a Beatle wig on Calandra in an attempt to make him look more like George!)
